Dr. Nazzaro has 50 years of experience in the pharmaceutical profession. Dr. Nazzaro spent 24 years on Active Duty with the US Navy responsible for implementing pharmacy computerization in the DOD.

Jack is an accomplished medical device executive with over 17 years of experience driving commercialization, regulatory strategy, and product development across a wide range of innovative technologies. With dual master’s degrees (MPH/MBA) from Johns Hopkins University and deep expertise spanning Class II and III devices, Jack has successfully launched novel products in the U.S., EU, and Canada. His career spans leadership roles at high-growth startups and regulatory consulting firms, where he’s led efforts in strategy, operations, quality systems, and fundraising. Jack is passionate about building solutions that meet unmet clinical needs and delivering exceptional medical technologies to market with clarity, compliance, and impact.

Chuck earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and received a Juris Doctor degree from the College of William and Mary. He has practiced law over 40 years as a sole practitioner and as Chief Charter Examiner at the Virginia State Corporation Commission.

Maria Schulz is a 2017 biology graduate of Gardner-Webb University. Prior to joining the CarrTech team, Maria dedicated six years to clinical work where she specialized in ophthalmology.

Kevin is a patent attorney for start-up companies with a focus on multidisciplinary engineering innovations. Initially trained in both Biomedical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, he later obtained a Master's Degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering, and a law degree with honors from Duke Law School.

Kathie Callahan Brady is the President and CEO of Frederick Innovative Technology Center, Inc. (FITCI) since 2016 where she has served over 163 companies. Kathie is an entrepreneur with more than 30 years of executive-level experience in IT, real estate, and business development. Kathie is a former partner in Quantum Realty Capital, founded Future CEO, served as Executive Director at the National Academy of Sciences, taught for University of Maryland, and founded 212 Business Mastery and the "Strategic Growth and Advisory Boards" at FITCI.

Ric has thirty years of medical device experience spanning three Fortune 100 (J&J, Abbott, BD) and four start-up companies with two successful exits to date. Ric holds MBA and BS degrees from Penn State.
